Moving...can't post now!

Sorry everyone. We're deep in the process of moving from California to Tennessee. We've been yard selling and packing for weeks. I just can't even think of an inspired topic to blog about. But I need brief escapes from the stress, so leave a comment with your blog URL and I'll come visit your blog!

My view on having a gluten sensitivity is much like that hilarious song

POSH! from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Captured by the evil King of Bulgaria, a senile, gentlemanly, old coote is carried off over the ocean in an outhouse hanging from a zeppelin. But through the eyes of the elderly gentleman, he's 'traveling in style' off to live the "Posh Posh Traveling life."
Feeling a bit like a prisoner in a wheat-laden world--I may not have a lot of money...And I may never have my free-run of prepackaged-store-bought goodies. But I have my self-made recipes. (And I'll never have to put up with midnight trips to the out-house again!) I can still have deliciously posh food anytime I want without sacrificing my health...
